Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2025. Transparent terms for a fair partnership. We structure our policies to protect both your investment and our team's dedicated efforts.

Project Cancellation Charges

Refunds are calculated based on the project completion status at the time of cancellation:

  • Before Kickoff: 80% Refund of total amount (minus admin fees).
  • 0-25% Completion: 70% Refund of total project value.
  • 26-50% Completion: 50% Refund of total project value.
  • 75%+ Completion: 0% Refund (No refund available).

For cancellations within 24 hours of initial payment, a Full Refund (minus 2-3% processing fee) is issued.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Non-delivery of agreed services within timeline
  • Material breach of contract specifications
  • Duplicate payments due to technical error
  • Final deliverable deviates significantly from Scope

Non-Refundable Items

  • Change of mind after project kickoff
  • Client-caused delays (materials/feedback)
  • Third-party costs (Domains, Hosting, APIs)
  • Custom design phases already approved

Refund Process Steps

  1. Request: Email operations@panorify.in with Order ID & Reason.
  2. Review: Our team reviews eligibility within 5-7 business days.
  3. Processing: Approved refunds processed in 7-10 business days.
