Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2025. As a digital product studio, our "shipping" is instant, secure, and purely digital. Here is how we deliver your intellectual property.

Digital Delivery Methods

  • Code Repositories: Direct invite to private GitHub/GitLab repositories containing full source code and commit history.
  • Cloud Deployment: Automated CI/CD deployment to your cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Vercel) for live access.
  • Secure Transfer: Design files (Figma), credentials, and documentation transfer via secure encrypted links.

Delivery Timelines

Project timelines are defined in your Statement of Work (SOW). We follow an Agile delivery model:

  • Sprints: Code delivered every 2 weeks.
  • Milestones: Major features deployed per roadmap.

Acceptance & UAT

Delivery is considered complete upon deployment to production or final handover.

UAT Period: Clients have a standard 7-14 day User Acceptance Testing window to verify deliverables before final sign-off.

Transparent Tracking

You never have to guess when your product is arriving. We provide real-time access to our project boards.
